This offer applies OPPO A60 5G Nebula Red, OPPO A60 5G Ocean Blue, OPPO A40 Sparkle Black and OPPO A40 Starlight White purchased through a Participating Retailer during the period commencing 00:00am (AEST) on 19 September 2024 and closing at 11:59pm (AEST) on 16 October 2024 (promotion period) (Eligible Product).

OPPO reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this promotional offer at any time for any reason without notice.

You must be aged 18 years or older at the time of purchasing the Eligible Product to be eligible to claim under this promotional offer. Business customers and employees of OPPO and participating retailers and their related bodies corporate) are ineligible to claim under this promotional offer.

This promotional offer is available to the original purchaser of the Eligible Product only and cannot be transferred to any other person. It also cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products.

As the purchaser of an Eligible Product, you may submit a claim for Gift(s) including: one OPPO SUPERVOOC™️ 45W Power Adapter with a Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of $45.00(incl GST). You may submit a claim by visiting OPPO's website at https://oppopromotions.com.au, completing all requested information in the online redemption form, including providing your personal details (such as name, date of birth, address), then submitting the completed redemption form together with the proof of purchase (scan or copy of receipt) and a photo of the phone setting “Status” screen on the OPPO A60 5G or OPPO A40 from their newly purchased Eligible Product which clearly shows the serial number (IMEI) of the Eligible Product between 00:00am (AEST) on 19 September 2024 and 11:59pm (AEST) on 30 Oct 2024. An individual may submit a maximum of one (1) claim for the Gift(s), and OPPO may in its sole discretion reject any second or subsequent claim for the Gift(s).

Gift(s) will be provided to the individuals who submit a valid and eligible claim under these terms.  Without limiting these terms, OPPO may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this promotional offer at any time if all Gift(s) have been claimed.

You should allow up to Sixty (60) days for the delivery of the Gift(s) from the date you receive notification from OPPO that it has received your valid redemption form and proof of purchase, and your claim has been accepted.

OPPO is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of this claim. OPPO will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the Gift(s) within 60 days from the date notification is received.

3. d) A parcel collection card will be left at the Eligible Entrant’s delivery address if no one is present at the time of attempted delivery. The Gift will then be delivered to a local Australia Post Office or OPPO’s courier partner centre for your collection with this promotional offer.
4. e) The postal address must be valid and cannot be a PO Box
