Shipping policy
Delivery/Shipping
- Deliveries within Australia costs $7.50 for standard shipping (shipping is free on orders over $74.90) and take 5-7 business days to be delivered to you once your order has been processed and dispatched. The cost of shipping amount is added to your order at checkout.
- Express shipping for deliveries within Australia costs $19.95 and take 2-4 business days to be delivered to you once your order has been processed and dispatched.
- Any order received after 2:00pm AEST will be processed the next business day.
- All orders are placed with an Authority to Leave unless otherwise specified by you or the delivery service provider
- Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched by OPPO.
- Sometimes products may take longer to be delivered to you. For example, during sale periods and throughout the holiday season. OPPO is not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions or customs clearance processing time.
- We will deliver your order to the place of delivery you specify when you place your order. OPPO will not be held liable for stolen parcels. We strongly recommend customers provide a secure delivery address.

Confirmation and Tracking
- Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number and information on how to track your purchase.
Deliveries within Australia
- Orders are sent via Sendle, Auspost, Couriers Please and Fastway, depending on your location.
- Courier Deliveries are not available on weekends or public holidays.
Lost or Damaged Goods
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support.au@oppo.com on receipt. Please see our Return Policy.
If a signature is required, what if I am not available to sign for the Parcel?
Someone else can sign for the parcel on your behalf, however if there is nobody to provide a signature a card will be left to inform you that the package has been returned to the depot and what steps you can take to retrieve the package.
