By purchasing an Eligible Product through a Participating Retailer during the applicable Promotion Period, you accept these terms and conditions. Participating Retailer means JB Hi-Fi, Officeworks, The Good Guys, Big W, Amazon, Simconnect and Mobileciti. This offer does not apply to purchases through the OPPO E-Shop or Vodafone.

Eligible Products are OPPO Find X10 Mist Grey (CPH2911AU Mist Grey), OPPO Find X10 Glacier Blue (CPH2911AU Glacier Blue), OPPO Find X10 Glow Coral (CPH2911AU Glow Coral), OPPO Find X10 Pro Max Titanium Grey (CPH2913AU Titanium Grey) and OPPO Find X10 Pro Max Luna White (CPH2913AU Luna White). The RRP is $2,299.00 for Find X10 and $2,699.00 for Find X10 Pro Max (incl. GST). Available colours may vary by Participating Retailer.

PROMOTION PERIODS AND OFFERS

For the pre-order and Launch Offer gifts, customers may select one OPPO Watch S Silver Gleam (OWWE262 Silver Gleam), OPPO Watch S Phantom Black (OWWE262 Phantom Black) or OPPO Watch S Air Silver (OWWE262 Air Silver), subject to availability.

You must be aged 18 years or older at the time of purchase. Business customers, public and government entities, non-profit organisations, enterprise purchasers, and employees of OPPO and participating retailers and their related bodies corporate are ineligible. The offer is available only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or other products.

REDEMPTION PERIODS

For eligible Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max purchases made during 22 October–11 November 2026, the Redemption Period begins at 12:00AM (AEDT) on 29 October 2026 and ends at 11:59PM (AEDT) on 9 December 2026. For eligible Find X10 Pro Max purchases made during 12–22 November 2026, the Redemption Period for the Insta360 GO Ultra Standard Bundle begins at 12:00AM (AEDT) on 12 November 2026 and ends at 11:59PM (AEDT) on 18 December 2026. All claims must be submitted within the applicable Redemption Period.

GIFT REDEMPTION AND FULFILMENT

As the purchaser of an Eligible Product, you may submit a claim for the corresponding Gift(s) listed in the offer table above by visiting https://promo.oppostore.com.au during the applicable Redemption Period and completing the online redemption form. Gifts are provided by redemption and are not automatically supplied with the phone by the Participating Retailer.

To submit a claim, select the applicable Find X10 Series promotion and provide all requested personal details, including your name, date of birth, email address and delivery address; upload your proof of purchase from a Participating Retailer; and provide the Eligible Product’s activation details, including its IMEI number. Select your preferred Watch S colour where applicable. Ensure the receipt clearly identifies the retailer, Eligible Product and purchase date, and retain your receipt and claim confirmation for reference.

Pre-order customers must receive and activate their Eligible Product before completing the claim with its IMEI and activation details. Pre-order eligibility is based on an order placed during 22–28 October 2026, supported by proof of purchase. Pre-order gift claims open on 29 October 2026 and must be completed by 9 December 2026.

An individual may submit a maximum of one (1) claim under this promotion, and each Eligible Product IMEI may be used only once. A valid claim receives the complete gift bundle applicable to the purchased model and purchase period; the offers cannot be combined across periods. OPPO may reject duplicate claims. If OPPO requests clarification or additional evidence to validate a claim, please respond using the instructions provided. PROCEDURES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are subject to the policy of the Participating Retailer where the purchase was made and the Australian Consumer Law. If an Eligible Product is returned for a change-of-mind refund or exchanged for an ineligible product, the associated Gift(s) must also be returned, subject to the applicable returns policy. Please contact promotions@oppomobile.com.au with your claim reference to arrange the return of Gift(s) or cancellation of an unfulfilled claim. This does not limit rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.

PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS

The colour of the Gift(s) is subject to availability and the retailer reserves the right to substitute the colour of the Gift(s) if the original colour is not available. Gift(s) is only available while stocks last. OPPO reserves the right to end this offer at any time, for any reason. You must demonstrate that you meet the requirements prior to your purchase. Public entities, government entities, non-profit organizations, enterprise purchasers, and business purchasers do not qualify, and OPPO reserves the right to cancel purchases made by such purchasers. In the unlikely event that the specified Gift(s) are unavailable, OPPO may provide a substitute item of equal or greater value, subject to stock availability.

Eligible claimants should allow up to sixty (60) days for delivery of the Gift(s) from the date OPPO confirms that their claim is valid. Extended timeframes may occur during high-demand periods or due to factors outside OPPO’s control, such as freight delays or network disruptions. Gift(s) will be delivered to the address provided in the approved claim. OPPO is not responsible for any delay once the Gift(s) have been handed over to the nominated courier or fulfilment partner, except as required under the Australian Consumer Law.

OTHER RESTRICTIONS

Delivery timeframes depend on stock availability, delivery address and courier schedules. Gift(s) cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Locked Bags. Customers must provide a valid Australian street address when submitting their claim and ensure that all delivery details are accurate. OPPO and its fulfilment partners are not responsible for loss or delay resulting from an incomplete or inaccurate address, except as required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Any changes to the offer will be communicated clearly and will not affect benefits already earned by eligible customers or any rights under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

PROCEDURES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If the Eligible Product is returned or exchanged for an ineligible product, the Gift(s) must also be returned in its original packaging. In case the Gift(s) is exchanged for another Gift(s) and the full retail value of the desired product exceeds the original Promotion Savings, the qualified purchaser will need to pay the difference. However, if the full retail value of the desired product is less than the original Promotion Savings, the qualified purchaser will not receive credit for the difference.
