Requesting a Return or Exchange for Change of Mind

To be eligible for a return or exchange for change of mind, your Eligible Product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. If the product's packaging has been opened or damaged, we may decline the return completely.

Eligible Products mean an OPPO smartphone, tablet, or wearable device, or accessory related to such a device, that a consumer purchases directly from the OPPO Store (www.oppostore.com.au) that is unused and in a re-sellable condition (e.g. the packaging is unopened, the seal is intact and all in-box items are in the box).

You’ll also need to contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase with the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support.au@oppo.com. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package at your own expense.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

Consumer rights and remedies

The returns and exchanges for change of mind, any manufacturer’s warranty, and any warranties and/or product support that we offer and provide pursuant to our Terms and Conditions (https://www.oppostore.com.au/policies/terms-of-service) are in addition to the consumer warranties and guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
