By purchasing a Selected phone through a Participating Retailer you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
Participating Retailer means OPPO Australia Online Store.
This offer applies to Selected models purchased through a Participating Retailer during the period commencing 00:00am (AEST) on 1 June 2023 and closing till stock lasts (promotion period) (Eligible Product).
OPPO reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotional offer at any time for any reason.
You must be aged 18 years or older at the time of purchasing the Eligible Product to be eligible to claim under this promotional offer. Business customers and employees of OPPO and participating retailer (and their related bodies corporate) are ineligible to claim under this promotional offer.
This promotional offer is available to the original purchaser of the Eligible Product only and cannot be transferred to any other person. It also cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products.
Customers who purchased the models listed below will be entitled to receive the corresponding Free Gift(s), the Gift(s) will be shipped together with the Selected models to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

PROCEDURES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges of the Eligible Product and the promotional offer are subject to the policy of Participating Retailer where the purchase was made, as well as to the protections provided by the Australian Consumer Law. If the Eligible Product is returned or exchanged for an ineligible product, the Promotion Product must also be returned in its original packaging. Otherwise, the amount of the Promotion Savings will be deducted from the return or exchange, and any remaining difference will be charged to the Participating Retailer.
In case the Promotion Product is exchanged for another Promotion Product and the full retail value of the desired product exceeds the original Promotion Savings, the Qualified Purchaser will need to pay the difference. However, if the full retail value of the desired product is less than the original Promotion Savings, the Participating Retailer will not receive credit for the difference.
PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS
The colour of the The Gift(s) is subject to availability and the retailer reserves the right to substitute the color of the the Gift(s) if the original color is not available. Gift(s) is only available while stocks last. OPPO reserves the right to end this offer at any time, for any reason. For eligible purchases made at participating retailers, only two (2) Gift(s) per customer may be obtained during this promotional offer. You must demonstrate that you meet the requirements prior to your purchase. Public entities, government entities, non-profit organizations, enterprise purchasers, and business purchasers do not qualify, and OPPO reserves the right to cancel purchases made by such purchasers. With respect to all Participating Retailers, if OPPO determines that you participated in this promotional offer but were not a Participating Retailer, OPPO will charge the amount of the Promotion Savings received.

Without limiting these terms, OPPO may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotional offer at any time. OPPO is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of this.

Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that OPPO may use and disclose your personal information for the purposes of conducting this promotional offer and supplying the Gift(s).
