By purchasing an Eligible Product through the Participating Retailer during the applicable Promotion Period, you accept these terms and conditions. Participating Retailer means the OPPO E-Shop operated through Shopify.

You must be aged 18 years or older at the time of purchase. The offer is available only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or other products.
BONUS TRADE IN OFFERS
The bonus trade-in amount is available only with an eligible trade-in transaction linked to the purchase of the applicable Eligible Product during the relevant Promotion Period in OPPO E-Shop. The bonus is additional to the assessed value of the traded-in device.
GIFT FULFILMENT
For purchases during 29 October 2026 12:00AM (AEDT) – 11 November 2026 11:59PM (AEDT), the applicable gifts will automatically be applied to the Eligible Product and displayed in the cart at checkout. Gifts will be shipped with the purchased phone to the address provided at checkout. No separate gift redemption application is required.
PROCEDURES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are subject to the OPPO e-Store policy and the Australian Consumer Law. If an Eligible Product is returned for a change-of-mind refund or exchanged for an ineligible product, the associated gifts must also be returned, subject to the applicable returns policy. This does not limit rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.
For the trade-in device, its assessed value and any promotional bonus where the phone purchase or trade-in transaction is cancelled, refunded or exchanged. The traded-in device will be returned by Trade-in partner Reflow hub.
PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS
The colour of the Gift(s) is subject to availability and the retailer reserves the right to substitute the colour of the Gift(s) if the original colour is not available. Gift(s) is only available while stocks last. OPPO reserves the right to end this offer at any time, for any reason. You must demonstrate that you meet the requirements prior to your purchase. Public entities, government entities, non-profit organizations, enterprise purchasers, and business purchasers do not qualify, and OPPO reserves the right to cancel purchases made by such purchasers. In the unlikely event that the specified Gift(s) are unavailable, OPPO may provide a substitute item of equal or greater value, subject to stock availability.
OPPO will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the Gift(s) within sixty (60) days of the purchase date, extended timeframes may occur during high-demand periods or due to factors outside OPPO's control, such as freight delays or network disruptions. OPPO is not responsible for any delay once the Gift(s) have been handed over to the nominated courier or retail fulfilment partner, except as required under the Australian Consumer Law.
OTHER RESTRICTIONS
Delivery timeframes depend on stock availability, delivery address and courier schedules.
Any changes to the offer will be communicated clearly and will not affect benefits already earned by eligible customers or any rights under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
