Terms and Conditions

OPPO Screen Protection Plan provides new solutions for your device. OPPO Protection Plan eliminates the hassle of using your device. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before you purchase the OPPO Protection Plan. (Customer Agreement for OPPO Protection Plan hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”). 

i. Definition:

Device: The device the customer purchased the OPPO Protection Plan to cover. The device here refers to OPPO Find N6 CPH2765

ii. OPPO Protection Plan

1. “Screen Protection Plan”: This is a screen protection offer that is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of the device purchase. During the validity period, the customer is entitled to claim a one-time free screen replacement for the main and secondary screens due to accidental damage (non-manufacturing defects) at the OPPO official Service Centre.

Details:

(1.)    Within 12 months of the purchase date, the OPPO Service Centre will provide a one-time complimentary screen replacement with a genuine new screen for physical damage resulting from accidental drops, pressure, or collisions, under the Screen Protection Plan service.

(2.)   The customer is responsible for paying repair fees for spare parts (excluding main or secondary screens) that are accidentally damaged and have functional issues.

(3.)   The Screen Protection Plan applies solely to the main and secondary screens of your device. It does not include coverage for other spare parts, accessories, or products received as gifts or promotional items.

(4.)   The customer must repair any damaged spare part (excluding the main and secondary screens) that leads to screen failure before claiming the Screen Protection Plan for repairs.

(5.)   The Customer cannot use the Screen Protection Plan for liquid damage unless the screen is physically damaged.

(6.)   After the device is repaired, any damaged spare parts that are removed will become the property of OPPO Company.

iii. Service Request  

During the validity period of the OPPO Protection Plan, if the devices screen is accidentally damaged or other mechanical issues occur, the device is eligible for repair by following the process.

1.      Customer may, within the OPPO Protection Plan effective period, claim the OPPO Protection Plan service to repair the device by taking the device, proof of purchase (receipt), and this Agreement to the OPPO Official Service Centre. The customer then collects the device after repair in the OPPO Official Service Centre.

2.     Customer may, within the OPPO Protection Plan effective period, claim the OPPO Protection Plan service to repair the device by posting the device, proof of purchase (receipt), and this “Agreement” to the OPPO Official Service Centre. The OPPO Official Service Centre will return the device to the customer via post after repair is complete. 

Important Reminders: The Customer shall ensure that device data is fully backed up before repair. OPPO Official Service Centre will not be responsible for the loss of device data or damage.

iv. OPPO Protection Plan Validity Period  

The OPPO Screen Protection Plan is offered free of charge to customers who purchase the device from the OPPO Official Online Store between 12:00 AM (AEDT) on April 2, 2026, and 11:59 PM (AEDT) on April 15, 2026. This plan is valid for 12 months from the purchase date within the offered period.

v. Maintenance Notice

1.      All damaged or defective spare parts in the device that are replaced with new spare parts after the plan is used will become the property of OPPO Company. These damaged spare parts will be handled by the OPPO Official Service Centre.

2.     Before making repairs, the OPPO Official Service Centre technician will check the device and confirm the information given by the customer. The OPPO Protection Plan service will be delivered in accordance with its terms and conditions.

3.     Screen Protection Plan offers one-time main screen and one-time secondary screen replacement. Once the Screen Protection Plan service is claimed, this agreement terminates automatically.

vi. Exemption clause

1.      The device cannot be verified as being covered by the OPPO Screen Protection Plan due to an incomplete IMEI or a different recorded IMEI.

2.     The Customer who purchases the OPPO Screen Protection Plan, and the customer or representatives who are entitled to enjoy the OPPO Screen Protection Plan service, commit any deliberate, serious crime.

3.     Political action or business action, such as a manufacturer recalling a product, social media exposing a product with a defect or any product quality problems, etc.

4.     Cosmetic damage due to normal wear and tear, natural ageing, or dust, condensation, cold, hot or other reasons, including but not limited to scratches, paint peeling, rust, cracking, etc.

5.     A damaged device (if any perforation, crash, spare part incomplete or separation) cannot be repaired.

6.     The normal wear and tear of the device, loss of accessories, including but not limited to earphones, SD card, charger, cable, pen, etc.

7.      Any indirect or incidental loss of the customer who is entitled to enjoy the OPPO Screen Protection Plan.

8.     The device's functional issues are due to a system problem or a software problem caused by a software virus.

9.     Deterioration of the device due to man-made damage on purpose. Loss of the device caused by theft or other reasons.

10.   The device is experiencing performance failure during the warranty period.

11.    Deterioration or loss of device due to the event of force majeure, such as war, hostile behaviour, army action, armed conflict, strike, any riot, terrorist activities, and any natural disasters, including but not limited to hurricane, flood, earthquake, volcano eruption, tsunami, nuclear reaction or nuclear radiation, etc.

12.   Damage or loss of the device, spare part, or any data due to unauthorised disabling, repair in an unauthorised Service Centre.

13.   Customer requires to use the service after the expiration date.

14.   Any value reduction after repair.

15.   Any financial loss or personal injury due to your device.

vii. Agreement Termination on OPPO Screen Protection Plan Return or Transfer

Customer Agreement may terminate if:

1.      OPPO Screen Protection Plan has expired.

2.     The device is repaired, disassembled, or exchanged by an unauthorised party.

3.     The Customer rents, borrows the OPPO Screen Protection Plan from/to others, or commits fraud.

4.     Customer damages the device covered by the OPPO Screen Protection Plan deliberately or fraudulently.

5.     Customer requests using the OPPO Screen Protection Plan service, and it has already been claimed. 

viii. Return and Refund

1. OPPO Screen Protection Plan is a non-returnable/refundable and non-sellable plan. 

ix. Exchange and Transfer

1.      The device is bound by the OPPO Screen Protection Plan, which cannot be transferred to another device without device exchange.

2.     OPPO Screen Protection Plan will be transferred to another new device of the same kind after the old device is exchanged within the transfer period; the commencement date of the OPPO Protection Plan remains the same.
