By purchasing an OPPO Reno15 F Twilight Black (CPH2801AU Twilight Black) or OPPO Reno15 F Aurora Blue (CPH2801AU Aurora Blue) through a Participating Retailer you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
Participating Retailer means OPPO e-Store.
This offer applies to purchases of the following Eligible Products through a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Period: OPPO Reno15 F Twilight Black (CPH2801AU Twilight Black) and OPPO Reno15 F Aurora Blue (CPH2801AU Aurora Blue). The Promotion Period begins at 12:00AM (AEDT) on 5th Feb 2026 and ends at 11:59PM (AEDT) on 25th Feb 2026.
OPPO reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this promotional offer at any time for any reason without notice.
You must be aged 18 years or older at the time of purchasing the Eligible Product to be eligible to claim under this promotional offer. Business customers and employees of OPPO and participating retailers and their related bodies corporate are ineligible to claim.
This promotional offer is available to the original purchaser of the Eligible Product only and cannot be transferred. It cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products.
Customers who purchase OPPO Reno15 F Twilight Black (CPH2801AU Twilight Black) or OPPO Reno15 F Aurora Blue (CPH2801AU Aurora Blue) through a Participating Retailer will be entitled to receive the corresponding free gift, including one (1) OPPO Buds3 Snow White with a Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of $99.00 (incl. GST). The gift will automatically be applied to the selected Participating Product and displayed in the cart at checkout. The gift will be shipped together with the phone purchased to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
PROCEDURES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges of the Eligible Product and the promotional offer are subject to the policy of the Participating Retailer and the Australian Consumer Law. If the Eligible Product is returned or exchanged for an ineligible product, the gift must also be returned in its original packaging. Otherwise, the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of the gift (“Promotion Savings”) will be deducted from the return or exchange.
If the gift is exchanged and the full retail value of the replacement product exceeds the Promotion Savings, the purchaser must pay the difference. If the replacement product is of lower value, no credit will be provided.
PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS
The offer is limited to the first 1500 valid claims. Gift colour is subject to availability and may be substituted. Gifts are available while stocks last. OPPO reserves the right to end this offer at any time. Public, government, non-profit, enterprise, and business purchasers do not qualify, and OPPO reserves the right to cancel purchases made by such purchasers. If the specified gift is unavailable, OPPO may provide a substitute item of equal or greater value.
OPPO will use reasonable endeavours to deliver gifts within sixty (60) days of purchase. Delays may occur due to high demand or factors outside OPPO’s control. OPPO is not responsible for delays once the gift has been handed to the courier, except as required under the Australian Consumer Law.
OTHER RESTRICTIONS
Delivery timeframes may vary based on stock availability, delivery address, and courier schedules.
Gifts will be provided to individuals who purchase OPPO Reno15 F (CPH2801AU) in accordance with these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law. OPPO is not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury arising from this offer.
