1.  THE PROMOTION

1.1 The promoter of this promotion (the Promotion) is OMC Electronics Pty Ltd trading as OPPO Australia (ABN 38 168 759 046) of Unit 3, 5 Talavera Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113 (the Promoter or OPPO).

1.2 The Promotion is conducted with the participation of PIMC Management Pty Ltd trading as Molly Tea Australia (ABN 17 682 139 760) (Molly Tea), which provides the Participating Stores and the Molly Tea in-store prizes.

1.3 The Promotion is a trade promotion gaming activity conducted in accordance with the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW), the Community Gaming Regulation 2020 (NSW), and otherwise in accordance with applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

1.4 By entering the Promotion, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.5 Participating Stores are the Molly Tea stores listed in the Schedule (Participating Stores) at the end of these Terms and Conditions.

2.  ELIGIBILITY

2.1 The Promotion is open to any individual who makes a Qualifying Purchase (clause 4) at a Participating Store during the Promotional Period, except those excluded under clause 2.3.

2.2 There is no minimum age to enter. However, prize claim conditions apply to entrants under 18 years of age (see clause 11).

2.3 The following persons are not eligible to enter or to win a prize:

(a) persons involved in conducting the Promotion, including the determination of winners;

(b) persons involved in the management of OPPO, Molly Tea, or any other business benefiting from the Promotion; and

(c) employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, Molly Tea and their respective agencies involved in the Promotion, and the immediate families of any of the above.

2.4 The Promoter may require an entrant to provide proof of identity and eligibility, and may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false or misleading information, or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

3.  PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

3.1 The Promotional Period runs from store opening on Thursday 6 August 2026 until store closing on Thursday 13 August 2026 (local time in each State), or until the daily allocation of Scratch & Win cards at a Participating Store is exhausted, whichever occurs first at that store.

3.2 Cards are distributed only during Participating Store trading hours within the Promotional Period.

4.  HOW TO ENTER

4.1 To enter, during the Promotional Period a person must purchase any beverage from the Molly Tea Avocado Drink Series at a Participating Store (a Qualifying Purchase). Entry is free other than the cost of the Qualifying Purchase, which is sold at its normal retail price.

4.2 Each Qualifying Purchase entitles the customer to receive one (1) OPPO × Molly Tea Scratch & Win card, subject to clause 4.3.

4.3 Cards are limited to the first one hundred (100) Qualifying Purchases per Participating Store per day, while stocks last. Once a store’s daily allocation is exhausted, no further cards will be issued at that store on that day.

4.4 Limit of one (1) card per Qualifying Purchase. Cards have no independent cash value and may not be sold or exchanged.

4.5 Multiple entries are permitted. A person who makes more than one Qualifying Purchase will receive one Scratch & Win card for each Qualifying Purchase (subject to clause 4.3), and an eligible entrant may win more than one prize.

4.6 To reveal the result, the customer must scratch the panel on the card. Each card reveals either an instant-win Prize (clause 5) or the promotional consolation offer (clause 5.3).

5.  PRIZES

5.1 The instant-win prizes for the Promotion (the Prizes) are set out in the table below.

 

Prize values are stated in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. The total prize pool value is $9,963.00. The 15% off OPPO Reno16 Series consolation offer (clause 5.3) is a promotional offer that appears on all non-prize cards and is not included in the prize pool.

5.2 Prize conditions:

(a) OPPO device and accessory prizes are supplied new, with the benefit of OPPO’s standard manufacturer warranty and any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

(b) The “$5 off next Molly Tea purchase” prize is redeemable in-store at a Participating Store towards a single future purchase, is single-use, cannot be combined with other offers, and must be redeemed by 3 September 2026.

(c) The Molly Tea Gift Card forming part of the Major Prize is redeemable in-store at Participating Stores and is not redeemable for cash.

(d) The Pistachio Avocado Smoothie prize is redeemable in-store at a Participating Store in New South Wales or Victoria only (the Molly Tea Adelaide store and all South Australian locations are excluded), and must be redeemed by 3 September 2026.

5.3 Consolation offer. Every card that does not reveal an instant-win Prize instead reveals a promotional consolation offer of 15% off the purchase of one eligible OPPO Reno16 Series device from oppostore.com.au. The offer is a single-use discount code, must be redeemed by 11:59pm AEST on Thursday 3 September 2026, and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.

6.  CHANCES OF WINNING

6.1 The Promotion is a game of chance. The instant-win prize cards are pre-determined and randomly distributed among the cards issued to customers at Participating Stores.

6.2 A maximum of 6,400 cards will be distributed across all Participating Stores during the Promotional Period (up to 100 cards per store per day, across eight Participating Stores over eight days). All 360 instant-win prize cards are included within these 6,400 cards; every other card reveals the promotional consolation offer described in clause 5.3. A further 100 cards, each revealing the consolation offer, are produced solely as replacements for cards damaged before distribution, bringing total production to 6,500 cards. Based on the cards available to be distributed, an entrant’s chance of holding an instant-win prize card is approximately 1 in 17.8 (5.6%). The number of each Prize, and the approximate chance of winning it per card, are set out below.

7.  DETERMINATION OF WINNERS

7.1 Winners are determined instantly at the time an entrant scratches a winning card. There is no separate draw.

7.2 The winning cards are randomly determined and allocated during card production using a secure randomisation process designed to ensure a fair and impartial allocation of prizes.

8.  CLAIMING A PRIZE

8.1 To claim a prize, the winning card must be retained and presented or submitted in accordance with this clause 8 by 11:59pm AEST on Thursday 3 September 2026 (the Claim Deadline).

8.2 Molly Tea in-store prizes (the Pistachio Avocado Smoothie and the “$5 off next Molly Tea purchase”) are claimed by presenting the winning card in person at any Participating Store in New South Wales or Victoria (excluding the Molly Tea Adelaide store) to redeem.

8.3 All other prizes (the Major Prize and OPPO device and accessory prizes) are claimed online at promo.oppostore.com.au by entering the unique code shown on the winning card and providing the information requested, including the winner’s name, contact details and, for delivered prizes, an Australian delivery address.

8.4 The winning card must be kept safe; it is required in order to claim a prize. Cards that have been forged, tampered with, altered or reproduced, or that are used in breach of these Terms and Conditions, are invalid and will not be honoured. The Promoter is not responsible for cards that are lost or stolen after distribution. Printing errors or quality-control issues affecting a card will not be used as a reason to refuse an otherwise valid prize claim, which the Promoter may verify against its records.

8.5 The Promoter may require a winner to verify their identity and eligibility before a prize is awarded, particularly for high-value prizes.

8.6 Prizes not validly claimed by the Claim Deadline will be forfeited.

8.7 OPPO device and accessory prizes will be delivered to the winner’s nominated Australian address within 28 days of a verified claim.

8.8 The winning card itself notifies the entrant in writing of the prize won. For prizes claimed online, the Promoter will also confirm the prize to the winner in writing. As required under Victorian law, the name and locality (suburb and State) of each winner of a prize valued at more than $1,000 will be published at promo.oppostore.com.au from 10 September 2026 for a period of not less than 28 days. By claiming such a prize, the winner consents to this publication.

9.  PRIZE CONDITIONS (GENERAL)

9.1 Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable and, except where required by law, not redeemable for cash.

9.2 If a prize (or any element of it) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

9.3 Any tax implications arising from receipt of a prize are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter recommends that winners seek independent financial advice.

9.4 Prizes are subject to the terms of any applicable supplier, manufacturer or voucher conditions.

10.  UNCLAIMED PRIZES

10.1 Any prize that is not validly claimed by the Claim Deadline will be forfeited, subject to applicable law.

10.2 Where required, the fact that a prize was unclaimed, or that a winner could not be found, will be published at promo.oppostore.com.au.

11.  ENTRANTS UNDER 18

11.1 An entrant under 18 years of age who holds a winning card for an OPPO device, an OPPO accessory, or the Major Prize must have a parent or legal guardian claim the prize on their behalf and accept these Terms and Conditions.

11.2 Molly Tea in-store prizes may be redeemed in-store without this requirement.

12.  PRIVACY

12.1 Personal information collected for the Promotion is collected by the Promoter (and, for in-store redemptions, handled by Molly Tea) for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, verifying eligibility, and awarding and delivering prizes.

12.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and the Promoter’s privacy policy at https://www.oppo.com/au/privacy/. Personal information may be shared between OPPO and Molly Tea to the extent necessary to conduct the Promotion.

12.3 Entrants may request access to, or correction of, their personal information by contacting the Promoter at support.au@oppo.com.

12.4 As noted in clause 8.8, the name and locality of winners of prizes valued over $1,000 will be published in accordance with Victorian requirements.

13.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

13.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13.2 Subject to clause 13.1, the Promoter and Molly Tea (and their related bodies corporate) are not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or any prize, except to the extent caused by their negligence.

13.3 Subject to clause 13.1, the Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected or damaged cards or claims, or for any technical failure affecting online prize claims.

14.  GENERAL

14.1 The Promoter may, subject to applicable law, amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where events beyond its reasonable control prevent it from being conducted as planned. Where reasonably practicable, material changes will be notified to entrants.

14.2 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, it is severed and the remaining provisions continue in effect.

14.3 The Promoter’s failure to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

15.  DISPUTES

15.1 Any dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or the claiming of a prize will be determined by the Promoter acting reasonably and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable law. The Promoter will consider any complaint made in writing to support.au@oppo.com and will respond within a reasonable time.

15.2 Nothing in this clause limits any right an entrant has under the Australian Consumer Law or any right to make a complaint to NSW Fair Trading.

16.  SCOPE AND GOVERNING LAW

16.1 The Promotion is conducted at Participating Stores in New South Wales and Victoria. The Molly Tea Adelaide store and all South Australian locations are excluded.

16.2 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
