PARTICIPATING RETAILER AND ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS
This offer is available exclusively through the OPPO e-Store (Participating Retailer). Eligible Products are OPPO A7 Pro 5G Shine Titanium (CPH2931AU Titanium) and OPPO A7 Pro 5G Surfing Blue (CPH2931AU Blue).
PROMOTION PERIOD
The promotion begins at 12:00AM (AEDT) on 22 October 2026 and ends at 11:59PM (AEDT) on 4 November 2026 (Promotion Period).
To qualify, you must purchase an Eligible Product from the Participating Retailer during the Promotion Period and successfully complete an eligible trade-in through Reflow Hub Pty Ltd (Reflow Hub).
CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY
You must be aged 18 years or older at the time of purchasing the Eligible Product. This offer is available only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another person.
Employees of OPPO, the Participating Retailer and their related bodies corporate are not eligible. Business and enterprise purchasers, public and government entities, and non-profit organisations are also excluded.
TRADE-IN BONUS AND REFUND PROCESS
Eligible customers who successfully complete a qualifying trade-in will receive an additional A$100 trade-in bonus (Trade-in Bonus) on top of the final assessed value of their traded-in device.
The trade-in amount displayed during checkout comprises the initial quoted value of the traded-in device plus the A$100 Trade-in Bonus. This amount is an estimate pending inspection and is not an upfront discount on the Eligible Product.
You must pay the purchase price of the Eligible Product at checkout. After the traded-in device has been received, inspected and accepted, and the trade-in has been successfully completed, the final assessed trade-in value plus the A$100 Trade-in Bonus will be refunded against your original Eligible Product order.
If the assessed trade-in value is lower than the initial quote, you will still receive the full A$100 Trade-in Bonus, provided you accept any revised valuation as required and successfully complete the trade-in. If the trade-in is cancelled or is not successfully completed, you will not be eligible for the Trade-in Bonus.
The Trade-in Bonus cannot be exchanged for another product or claimed as a separate cash payment outside the refund process described above.
REFLOW HUB TRADE-IN TERMS
The assessment, purchase and processing of traded-in devices are provided by Reflow Hub and are subject to its applicable trade-in terms at https://rhex.app/terms/trade-in. Please review those terms before proceeding with your trade-in. Device eligibility, condition requirements, submission and shipping deadlines, inspection, valuation adjustments, and the cancellation or return of traded-in devices are governed by the applicable Reflow Hub terms.
The Promotion Period in these terms determines when you must purchase the Eligible Product. You must also meet the applicable trade-in deadlines communicated by Reflow Hub.
PROCEDURES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges of the Eligible Product are subject to the Participating Retailer’s returns policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind returns
If a change-of-mind return is accepted and the purchase of the Eligible Product is cancelled, your entitlement to the Trade-in Bonus will also be cancelled. If the A$100 Trade-in Bonus has already been refunded to you, it will be taken into account when calculating the remaining purchase refund so that the same amount is not refunded twice. Any adjustment will be explained to you.
Exchanges
If an exchange results in the cancellation and refund of the original purchase, the Trade-in Bonus will be treated in accordance with the return provisions above. Before proceeding with any other exchange, please contact OPPO to confirm how the exchange will affect your eligibility. A replacement provided as an Australian Consumer Law remedy will not, by itself, cancel your entitlement to the Trade-in Bonus.
Traded-in devices
Returning or exchanging your Eligible Product does not automatically reverse the separate trade-in transaction with Reflow Hub. If your old device has already been submitted or processed, any request to cancel that transaction or recover the device will be handled by Reflow Hub under its applicable terms and Australian Consumer Law obligations.
Australian Consumer Law remedies
Nothing in these terms limits your rights to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Any treatment of the Trade-in Bonus in connection with such a remedy will comply with those rights. The change-of-mind provisions above do not restrict your statutory entitlements.
OTHER OFFERS
This Trade-in Bonus offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer. For clarity, the ordinary assessed value of your traded-in device is separate from the Trade-in Bonus and remains payable in accordance with the applicable trade-in terms.
CHANGES TO THE PROMOTION
OPPO may amend, suspend or end this promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, fraud, misuse or a legal requirement.
Any changes will be published on the OPPO e-Store. Changes will not retrospectively remove the entitlement of customers who have already made a qualifying purchase and otherwise satisfy these terms, except where required by law or where the relevant transaction involves fraud or misuse.
CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
PRIVACY
OPPO will collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy at https://www.oppo.com/au/privacy/. Personal information necessary to administer this offer and process your trade-in may be shared between OPPO and Reflow Hub for those purposes, in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Please also review the privacy information provided by Reflow Hub when submitting your trade-in.
