By purchasing an OPPO Find X9 Pro Silk White (CPH2791), OPPO Find X9 Pro Titanium Charcoal (CPH2791) through a Participating Retailer you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.

Participating Retailer means OPPO e-Store (www.oppostore.com.au). 

This offer applies to purchases of the following Eligible Products through a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Period: OPPO Find X9 Pro Silk White (CPH2791), OPPO Find X9 Pro Titanium Charcoal (CPH2791). The Promotion Period begins at 12:00AM (AEDT) on 3rd Nov 2025 and ends at 11:59PM (AEDT) 30th Nov 2025.

OPPO reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this promotional offer at any time for any reason without notice.

You must be aged 18 years or older at the time of purchasing the Eligible Product to be eligible to claim under this promotional offer. Business customers and employees of OPPO and participating retailers and their related bodies corporate are ineligible to claim under this promotional offer.

This promotional offer is available to the original purchaser of the Eligible Product only and cannot be transferred to any other person. It also cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products.

Customers who purchased OPPO Find X9 Pro Silk White (CPH2791), OPPO Find X9 Pro Titanium Charcoal(CPH2791) through a Participating Retailer will be entitled to receive the corresponding Free Gift(s) including one (1) OPPO Watch X2 Lava Black and one (1) OPPO Enco X3s Nebula Silver with a Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of $699.00(incl GST) and $329.00(incl GST) respectively. The Gift(s) will automatically be applied to the selected Participating Product and displayed in the cart at checkout. The Gift(s) will be shipped together with the phone purchased to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

PROCEDURES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges of the Eligible Product and the promotional offer are subject to the policy of Participating Retailer where the purchase was made, as well as to the protections provided by the Australian Consumer Law. If the Eligible Product is returned or exchanged for an ineligible product, the Gift(s) must also be returned in its original packaging. Otherwise, the amount of the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of the Gift(s) (“Promotion Savings”) will be deducted from the return or exchange, and any remaining difference will be charged to the Participating Retailer.

In case the Gift(s) is exchanged for another Gift(s) and the full retail value of the desired product exceeds the original Promotion Savings, the qualified purchaser will need to pay the difference. However, if the full retail value of the desired product is less than the original Promotion Savings, the qualified purchaser will not receive credit for the difference.

PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS

The Offer is limited to the first 650 valid claims. The colour of the Gift(s) is subject to availability and the retailer reserves the right to substitute the colour of the Gift(s) if the original colour is not available. Gift(s) is only available while stocks last. OPPO reserves the right to end this offer at any time, for any reason. You must demonstrate that you meet the requirements prior to your purchase. Public entities, government entities, non-profit organizations, enterprise purchasers, and business purchasers do not qualify, and OPPO reserves the right to cancel purchases made by such purchasers. In the unlikely event that the specified Gift(s) are unavailable, OPPO may provide a substitute item of equal or greater value, subject to stock availability.

OPPO will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the Gift(s) within sixty (60) days of the purchase date, extended timeframes may occur during high-demand periods or due to factors outside OPPO’s control, such as freight delays or network disruptions. OPPO is not responsible for any delay once the Gift(s) have been handed over to the nominated courier or retail fulfilment partner, except as required under the Australian Consumer Law.

OTHER RESTRICTIONS

Delivery timeframes may vary based on stock availability, delivery address, and courier schedules.

Gift(s) will be provided to the individuals that purchase OPPO Find X9 Pro (CPH2791) in accordance with these terms. Without limiting these terms, OPPO may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotional offer at any time. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. OPPO is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of this Offer.

OPPO will collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at https://www.oppo.com/au/privacy/. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that OPPO may use and disclose your personal information for the purposes of conducting this promotional offer and supplying the Gift(s).
