Within the 12-month service period, if the eligible device’s screen components are cracked or damaged due to accidental drops, impacts, or pressure, you are entitled to one free replacement with an original screen component of the same type and quality.
What is the process of redemption for a Screen Protection Plan?
- If your eligible device has experienced screen damage, please visit an OPPO authorised service centre with your eligible device, which will be inspected and verified by technicians, if it is in compliant with the Screen Protection Plan agreement.
- If eligible, your screen will be taken and repaired.
- Once the repair is complete, you can either pick up the device or have it returned via shipping.
What should I know before sending my device for repair?
Before submitting your device for repair, we recommend backing up your data, as data may be lost during the repair process.

What does a warranty cover on a OPPO Device?
OPPO Australia guarantees to meet the Warranty Policy based on the Australian Consumer Law. Please refer below to see what OPPO covers and to learn more about your OPPO warranty. Please not that the following is only applicable to OPPO Australia devices and these products are covered under OPPO Australia Warranty. International OPPO models are out of OPPO Australia jurisdiction and not considered under OPPO Australia Warranty.
Can I exchange and refund my OPPO Device?
